About

A laboratory record, not a slogan.

Cert-Lab is a peptide testing laboratory. Public pages describe the peptide tests the laboratory carries and the way a report can be checked. Accreditation marks are shown only when the laboratory has confirmed them for public release.

How the work is controlled

Staff who prepare a report cannot publish it on their own. A reviewer releases it, and the same record can later be withdrawn or marked as replaced. Those actions stay in the audit history.

Quality & reporting

How a sample becomes a report

Every sample follows the same intake, testing and reporting process. The goal is a report that states what was measured, by what method, against what specification — and that can be checked after the fact.

Sample intake

Samples are received at our intake address and logged on arrival. Each sample is associated with the client, the submission form and the tests requested.

Chain of custody

A sample is traceable from receipt through analysis to the report. This lets us tie the report back to the sample we actually received.

Test method identification

The method used for each analysis is stated on the report, so a result is a measurement — not just a conclusion.

Quality controls

Applicable controls are run with the analysis. Where a run does not meet expectations, it is repeated before a result is reported.

Result review

Results are reviewed against the specification before a report is issued. Out-of-specification results are reported as measured.

Report issuance

Each report carries a report number. That number lets the recipient check the record online on this site.

Report correction policy

If an error is identified in an issued report, the report is corrected and the client is notified. We do not silently alter issued results.

Confidentiality

Sample details and results are confidential to the client. We do not publish client names or results without written permission.

Subcontracted testing disclosure

Testing may be performed by Lingda Laboratory or by a qualified partner laboratory. The performing laboratory is identified on the applicable report.

Online report verification

Entering a report number on this site confirms that the number exists in our records and shows the values as issued.

Background

The laboratory completed its registration on 11 March 2016 and has remained in operation. The registered business is testing and inspection, together with related standards work and laboratory testing technology.

History

  1. 11 Mar 2016Registration was completed. The business term runs from that date on a long-term basis, and testing and inspection began under the registered scope.
  2. ClassificationThe industry is recorded as other professional and technical services not elsewhere classified (M7499). The same registration covers technical development of inspection standards and related consulting, and laboratory testing technology.
  3. In operationThe registered status remains active: in operation, open, and on the register. Work continues within the scope recorded at registration.

Registered testing scope

The items below follow the general business scope on the registration. They are the registered categories, not the peptide analyses listed on the home page.

  1. Testing and inspection of industrial products.
  2. Testing and inspection of the environment, water, air and soil.
  3. Testing and inspection of electronic and electrical products.
  4. Technical development of inspection standards and related information consulting.
  5. Laboratory testing technology.
