Privacy notice
This notice describes the public website. It should be reviewed by the laboratory and its advisors before production use.
Contact form
If you write to us, we store your name, email address, optional company, subject, message, and the time you confirmed this notice. We use it to answer the inquiry. Staff can see it in the admin inbox. The starter retention period is 24 months after the inquiry is closed, unless a longer period is required.
COA verification
A verification stores a one-way hash of the number you enter, the result status, and the time. It does not ask for your name. These events are kept for 90 days for abuse monitoring and then removed. The public result shows only fields the laboratory has marked for release. Customer names, addresses, internal sample codes, and internal notes are not part of the public response.
Report files
A full PDF is available from the public page only when the report is published and the laboratory has turned on public download. Withdrawn, replaced, and draft files are not offered there. Download links are checked again on every request.
